L'artista americano Richard Baker è nato nel 1959. Ha studiato Belle Arti alla Leeds Metropolitan University ed ha conseguito un BA in Fine Art nel 2003. Nel 2018 ha conseguito un Master in Creative Practice presso la Leeds Arts University. I suoi dipinti sono stati esposti alla Royal Academy of Arts, Londra, The Mall Galleries, Londra, The Hix Gallery, Londra, The San Francisco Arts Institute e Leeds City Art Gallery, oltre a vari musei in tutta la Cina e al National Museum of Poland a Danzica.
