L'artista americana Eileen Eder ha conseguito un MFA presso la New York Academy of Art. Ha studiato alla NY Studio School, alla Rhode Island School of Design, alla Hudson River School e con numerosi artisti professionisti tra cui Israel Hershberg, T. Allen Lawson e Don Demers. Attualmente insegna al Lyme Academy College of Fine Art e alla Lyme Art Association a Old Lyme, CT. È membro del Salmagundi Club, Oil Painters of America, American Impressionist Society e Lyme Art Association Elected Artists.
