L'artista americano Jeffrey G. Batchelor è nato nel 1960 a Rocky Mount, Carolina del Nord.Ha conseguito la Laurea triennale al Barton College, Wilson, NC, nel 1983 ed un Master in Fine Arts Program, University of North Carolina a Greensboro - 1985 - 1987.
