L'artista taiwanese Chang Chia Ying è nata nel 1982 a Taipei e ha conseguito un master presso il Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts, Tainan National University of the Arts. L'artista usa come base del suo lavoro la fiaba, costruendo uno stile narrativo surrealista cartoon-manga.
